About Budibase
Budibase is an open-source platform for building apps, automations, and AI agents. Teams use Budibase to connect their data, build internal tools, automate workflows, integrate existing systems, and create AI-powered processes. We began as a low-code platform for internal tools. Today, we are building a broader platform for operational work: apps for people, automations for repeatable processes, and AI agents for more dynamic tasks. Our goal is simple: to help people work faster.
The role
As a Customer Support Engineer, you will help customers through email, chat, and video calls. Budibase is a technical product used by IT and engineering teams, so you will need strong technical skills. A background in software engineering, IT, technical support, or similar hands-on work is essential. You will also have opportunities to make small product improvements and build apps, agents, and automations for customers.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
