A specialist technology business is seeking a hands-on Customer Success Engineer to support advanced technical systems used in leading research environments worldwide.
This is a varied, customer-facing role involving installation, troubleshooting, training, and global travel, working closely with end users to ensure complex systems are performing effectively.
As Customer Success Engineer Key responsibilities:
- Install, commission, and test technical systems on-site and remotely
- Provide customer training and ongoing support
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues
- Manage support cases through to resolution
- Work with engineering teams on escalations
- Travel internationally to customer sites (up to 50%)

Experience required:
- Experience in technical support, service, or hands-on engineering
- Comfortable with test equipment and Windows/Linux systems
- Strong communicator and problem solver
- Bonus: experience in scientific, imaging, or precision equipment environments
