The Role
Referment is working with a London-based B2B fintech SaaS company whose platform helps enterprise finance teams manage receivables, payments and reconciliation, connecting to the ERP systems they already use. With the enterprise client base growing, they are expanding the customer success team and hiring a Customer Success Enterprise Manager to lead enterprise onboarding and technical delivery.
This role sits at the intersection of customer success, product and engineering. You will be the person enterprise clients rely on to make a modern platform work inside their existing environment — understanding how their ERP setups (NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics), billing and collections processes really operate, and tailoring the onboarding accordingly rather than applying a template.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
You will lead onboarding projects from kickoff to delivery: gathering and mapping technical requirements, including custom fields, data flows and integration logic; owning the technical implementation; and coordinating the core application configuration, data ingestion setup and workflow build that each deployment needs. Internally, you will collaborate across sales, product, engineering and customer success to design tailored solutions, keep detailed project plans and partner coordination on track, and act as the recognised expert on ERP integrations across the enterprise customer base. You will be comfortable communicating with executives, project leads and operational teams alike.
What We're Looking For
- Six or more years in a Solutions Engineer, Implementation Specialist, Technical Consultant or Business Analyst role
- Strong understanding of APIs, data mapping and integration patterns
- Comfortable in client-facing situations, including with senior stakeholders
- Able to interpret business requirements and translate them into technical specs
- Strong organisational skills and a bias toward action
- Bonus: hands-on ERP experience, especially NetSuite and SAP, or experience building internal tools and project tracking systems
