Customer Success Executive | London | £30,000 + benefits

Springboard Success is recruiting on behalf of a long-established international B2B media and events business. The business is a trusted source of content, learning and events for a fast-moving technology sector, and it reaches a large, highly engaged global audience of industry professionals.

This is a great opportunity for a graduate or early-career professional to launch a career in customer success. You’ll work with major technology brands, learn how modern B2B marketing works and build skills that open doors across media, marketing and tech.

The role

You’ll help manage relationships with a portfolio of clients, making sure their marketing campaigns run smoothly and deliver results. Working alongside experienced account managers, you’ll support clients from onboarding through to campaign delivery and renewal. As your confidence grows, you’ll take more ownership of your own accounts.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
