Customer Success Executive (Interim) | Remote, UK
£35,000-£45,000 (Pro Rata)
Our client, a growing edtech business, is hiring a Customer Success Executive on an interim basis, starting immediately. This is a fast-paced, high-volume Customer Success role in a subscription (SaaS) business, looking after a large book of customers across the UK and internationally.
You'll be the main point of contact for a busy portfolio of accounts, making sure customers are onboarded well, adopting the product, and getting real value from it day to day. It's a scaled, tech-touch style of Customer Success, so you'll be comfortable managing volume, working efficiently, and using systems and automation to stay on top of a large customer base.

What you'll be doing
- Owning onboarding for new customers and getting them up and running quickly
- Driving product adoption, usage and engagement across a high-volume account book
- Handling inbound queries and resolving issues, escalating where needed
- Monitoring customer health and usage data to spot churn risk early and act on it
- Supporting renewals and retention, and flagging upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Working closely with Sales on handovers and keeping accounts moving

What you'll need
- 4+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, Client Success or a similar client-facing SaaS role
- A track record of managing a high-volume book of business and keeping churn down
- Strong onboarding, relationship and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable using CRM and Customer Success tooling (Salesforce, HubSpot, Gainsight, Zendesk, Intercom or similar)
- Confident handling queries, objections and the occasional tricky conversation
- Organised, proactive and calm under a busy workload
- Available immediately, or at very short notice
- Full right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship available for this role)
