Role Overview

At Zuno, we're building a network of skilled engineers who can access work and grow their businesses through our platform. But signing up is just the beginning.

We're looking for an enthusiastic and commercially minded Customer Success Executive to join our team and make sure new engineers receive the support they need to get started successfully.

You'll be responsible for guiding engineers through their first few months with Zuno, ensuring they're engaged, supported and, most importantly, getting access to work. Rather than leaving engineers to navigate the platform alone, you'll play a key role in helping them become part of the Zuno ecosystem and build a successful relationship with us.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Supporting and onboarding newly signed-up engineers, ensuring they have everything they need to get started successfully
  • Encouraging engineers to stay active and engaged with the Zuno platform
  • Promoting rewards, incentives and referral opportunities to new engineers
  • Supporting initiatives such as our referral programme and onboarding rewards
  • Promoting the Zuno store and communicating its benefits and USPs to engineers
  • Gathering feedback from engineers and sharing insights with the wider team to help improve the onboarding experience
  • Working towards targets linked to engineer retention, engagement, acquisitions and store sales

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is confident, proactive and enjoys building relationships. You'll be comfortable speaking to a wide range of people and won't be afraid to pick up the phone and have a conversation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
