Customer Success Executive – Remote

Location: Remote
Job Type: Full Time
Working Arrangement: Fully Remote

About the Role
On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Customer Success Executive to support customers, build strong client relationships and help deliver an excellent customer experience.
This is a fully remote opportunity with training and development available for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support customers by phone, email and online channels.
  • Build positive and professional customer relationships.
  • Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
  • Respond to customer enquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Follow up with customers to support satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems.
  • Work with internal teams to resolve customer requests.
  • Meet agreed customer service and performance targets.

Preferred Experience
Experience in customer service, customer success, sales, account management, client services, client support, customer experience, business development, SaaS or professional services is beneficial but not essential.
