Customer Success Executive

Office based

Occasional travel to meet customers at their premises/for events/conferences etc.

Description of organisation

Our Client is a leader in training solutions for transport, warehousing, and logistics operations. We develop industry-compliant training materials used by our 600+ members/partners to deliver courses that award over 100,000 certificates each year. Our innovative Safety Chain methodology and commitment to collaboration and technology ensure a compliant workforce.

We are confident, we are committed, and we challenge tradition, continuously innovating to save lives.

Overview of the role

As a Customer Success Executive, you will be responsible for helping our customers/partners achieve the greatest possible value from their products and services. You'll build strong relationships with your portfolio of customers, take ownership of their experience, and ensure they remain confident, compliant and successful in using our solutions.

This is a customer-facing role that combines customer success, relationship management, complex support and commercial awareness. You will proactively engage with customers throughout their journey, helping them maximise the value of our products, resolving complex issues where required, identifying opportunities to improve their experience, and recognising opportunities to retain and grow their relationship with the client.

You should expect to spend much of your working day speaking with customers, including handling incoming calls, proactive account management calls, renewal conversations, follow-up activity and handling complex enquiries that have been escalated by our Service Operations team. Rather than simply resolving individual queries, you will take ownership of customer outcomes -understanding the root cause of issues, identifying recurring themes, coordinating with colleagues across the business and ensuring customers receive timely, professional and effective solutions.

Success in this role is measured not only by the quality of customer support you provide, but by your ability to increase customer satisfaction, improve product adoption, retain customers, secure renewals and identify opportunities to expand existing customer relationships where appropriate.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
