Client Success Executive

📍 Derby (DE21) or Nottingham (NG8) | Hybrid Working

💷 £30,000 - £40,000 DOE

🗓️ 4-Day Working Week (34 Hours) – Full-Time Salary

We're looking for a warm, confident and proactive Client Success Executive to become the voice of our business.

This is a brand-new opportunity where you'll help shape every stage of the client journey. From welcoming new enquiries and qualifying potential clients, to speaking with existing customers about their experiences, you'll ensure every interaction leaves a positive impression and helps us continually improve.

This isn't a sales role in the traditional sense. It's about creating outstanding customer experiences, asking the right questions, building genuine relationships and making sure people feel listened to.

What You'll Be Doing

Your days will be varied and people-focused, including:

  • Speaking with new enquiries and understanding their business needs
  • Qualifying leads and introducing them to the right specialist within the business
  • Contacting existing clients to gather feedback on their experience
  • Following up customer satisfaction surveys and ensuring every response receives personal attention
  • Having open, honest conversations with clients who decide to leave, understanding why and identifying opportunities to improve
  • Recording valuable customer insight and identifying trends that help shape the business
  • Keeping CRM records accurate and up to date

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
