Role: Junior Customer Success Manager
Location: Chelmsford (Hybrid)

The Company
An AI & Automation software start-up that sells a tool automating all manual back/mid-office activities in a range of firms, from recruitment to healthcare. They have exploded onto the market, and within 2 years, have already opened up a second office in Florida & won one of the biggest enterprise clients in the space.
Last month alone, they increased their ARR by 17 off the back of launching a new product. On that basis, they need a Customer Success Executive to join their team in Chelmsford to ensure customers are getting the best out of the solution.
The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone customer-centric, who wants a slight technical aspect to their role. You'll be working with new customers to help them get set up onto the platform, and stay in regular contact with them to ensure they're getting the best use out of it.

- Lead training sessions with customers to help them understand the platform.
- Ensure clients are using best practice methods so that they get the most out of the solution.
- Learn the product so you can inform customers what it can do.
- Answer questions from clients about the solution.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Proactive people-skills - you don't wait for problems, you actively check in to make sure they are using the solution.
Who Are You?
If you have experience in customer success, or a B2B people-focused role, and have some experience with technology (ideally AI/automations/SaaS), then this could be perfect.

- B2B customer-focused experience, ideally within a tech company.
- The ability to be able to grasp technology - a tech background would be especially beneficial.
- Strong people skills.
- High-energy and proactive.
- You can commute to the Chelmsford office.
