More than a role — an opportunity to help build something meaningful.

Adora Digital Health is a rapidly growing UK women’s health-tech startup focused on addressing one of the most underserved areas of workplace health and wellbeing: peri/menopause and menstrual health support. The company is transforming how Employers, Insurers and Healthcare providers support women during a significant stage of life that has historically lacked accessible, personalised and specialist support. Adora is bringing personalised menopause support and symptom management to the market, with AI-powered, personalised health journeys and access to specialist clinicians.

The Role

As Customer Success Executive, you will be the operational backbone of our client relationships — ensuring our customers achieve real value from the Adora platform and that nothing falls through the cracks. This is a hands-on role working closely with our CEO and Sales & Marketing team to support the full customer lifecycle from pre-launch through to renewal and expansion, and leveraging this insight to inform the Product. You will be the connective tissue between Customer Success, Sales and Product.

You will take ownership of our client relationships, support the coordination of proposals, own our events calendar, and play a key role in building the digital and AI operational systems that will allow Adora to scale. From smooth onboarding through to deep platform adoption and measurable ROI, you'll ensure that client renewal is never in doubt and that customers are supported.

As one of Adora's earliest commercial hires, you'll be supporting us to execute the customer playbook, refining the processes, client cadences and success frameworks that will define how we scale. You’ll support the Sales & Marketing team to ensure that nothing falls through the cracks. You'll develop trusted relationships with our clients, offering demos, and giving them the confidence, insight and support they need to maximise the value of Adora for their employees and policyholders. Success will be measured through operation efficiency, revenue retention and increased adoption and engagement of the Adora platform, all while ensuring client satisfaction.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
