We are looking for a confident and motivated Customer Success Executive to join our growing team in Peterlee. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their career who is eager to develop their skills in sales, customer relationship management, and client communication. As a Customer Success Executive, you will be a key point of contact for both new and existing customers — handling a mix of outbound cold calls, account management conversations, and inbound queries. Your role will play a vital part in representing our brand, growing our customer base, and ensuring our partners and clients receive an excellent level of service.
What We’re Looking For
- A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable making outbound cold calls and building rapport quickly
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Good attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Previous experience in a sales, customer service, or call centre environment is preferred but not essential

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound cold calls to prospective customers to promote and sell our products and services
- Conduct regular account management calls with existing customers to maintain relationships and identify new opportunities
- Handle inbound calls and queries from retail partners, clients, and customers, providing accurate and helpful support
- Record customer interactions and update CRM systems with relevant information
- Meet or exceed individual and team-based KPIs and performance targets
- Work closely with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction and issue resolution
- Provide feedback to the Head of Field Operations on trends, opportunities, and challenges from customer conversations
- Support for the field team with systems, sales, processes, and outreach.
