Salary: £30,000 to £35,000 (Negotiable Depending on Experience)

The Role:

You'll be the heartbeat of the Customer Success team - the go-to person for all enquiries, orders, and customer interactions. From smaller orders to big-ticket projects, you'll handle it all with flair and care.

  • Manage customer communication across email, phone, WhatsApp, and live chat.
  • Process orders with precision and speed.
  • Work closely with the projects team to keep everything running smoothly and on time.
  • Bring warmth and personality back into customer service - no robotic replies here!
  • Join a small but mighty team of four, connected with a wider family of 10-12 colleagues.
  • Enjoy a flexible, friendly office environment with core hours roughly 7/8 am to 4/5 pm, and early finish on Fridays at 3 pm.
