Customer Success Executive (Part-Time – Remote)

Role Overview
We are recruiting a Customer Success Executive to support customers, build strong client relationships and ensure a positive experience throughout their journey. This part-time remote opportunity is ideal for someone with experience in customer success, account management or customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Support customers and respond to queries promptly.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Monitor customer needs and follow up on outstanding issues.
- Help improve customer satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain accurate customer records and CRM information.
- Work with internal teams to resolve customer issues.

Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Customer-focused approach with excellent attention to detail.
- Good organisation and time-management skills.
- Experience in customer success, customer service, account management or client support is desirable.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
