Exciting Opportunity at Furza
This is an exciting opportunity for you to join and grow with a fast-growing, innovative company to contribute toward their ambitious growth plans. As a Customer Success Associate you will be responsible for customer growth within an assigned territory by developing and expanding relationships with key customers in the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat.
- Assist in onboarding new customers and providing product training as needed.
- Collaborate with sales, support, and product teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Collect customer feedback and provide insights to improve products and services.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and track engagement in CRM systems.

About
- £30,000 - £35,000 base salary (DOE)

About You:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to meet clients and attend industry events.
