Customer Success Consultant

Bath or Leeds | Hybrid Working

The Opportunity

Do you have experience working in a law firm and love building relationships?

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established software business supporting law firms across the UK.

As a Customer Success Consultant, you'll take ownership of a portfolio of clients, working closely with them throughout their journey to understand their business, overcome challenges and ensure they're getting maximum value from their software.

This is a highly varied role combining customer success, training, business analysis and commercial account development. You'll act as a trusted advisor to your clients whilst also feeding valuable insights back into the wider business to help shape products and improve the customer experience.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing a portfolio of clients and acting as a key point of contact throughout their customer journey
  • Developing a deep understanding of each client's business, structure, processes and objectives
  • Conducting detailed analysis of client requirements and identifying how the software can support their goals
  • Proactively checking in with customers through remote meetings, training plans and regular engagement
  • Delivering training and helping clients build the confidence to get the most from the software
  • Identifying opportunities for clients to access additional products and services that support their needs
  • Building strong, trusted relationships with key stakeholders
  • Gathering and communicating client feedback to internal teams
  • Acting as the Voice of the Customer across Product, Sales and Marketing
  • Helping identify opportunities to improve the user experience, product functionality and client engagement
  • Explaining complex software solutions and workarounds in a clear and concise way
  • Managing multiple client relationships and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Travelling to client sites to deliver onsite training when required

What You'll Need To Apply

  • Previous experience working in a law firm, in any role, for 1+ years
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and engaging way
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Confidence delivering training sessions, both remotely and onsite
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • The ability to quickly learn and understand complex software systems
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a car
  • Willingness to travel when required
