Are you a recent Modern Languages graduate who speaks fluent French or German?

The Role
As a Customer Success Executive, you will:

- Build and manage relationships with clients
- Deliver outstanding customer support and solutions
- Manage smaller client accounts
- Run product demonstrations
- Identify upsell and growth opportunities
- Work closely with Sales and Marketing
- Attend client meetings, exhibitions, and conferences
- Record and manage client insights through HubSpot CRM
What We're Looking For
- Recent graduate, ideally with a Modern Languages degree
- Fluent French or German is essential
- Fluent English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused and commercially minded
- Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn
- Interest in technology, SaaS, or customer success
