As our next Customer Success Executive, you’ll help us grow that impact. By connecting with trades and showing the value of joining Checkatrade, you’ll help build stronger businesses and stronger homes across the UK.

Forget long lists, here’s what you’ll actually spend your time on:

  • Engaging potential customers and converting leads into Checkatrade members.
  • Using solution-based selling to show how we support trade businesses to grow.
  • Handling objections with confidence and closing with clarity.
  • Keeping Salesforce data tidy, accurate and up to date.
  • Working with other teams to share insight, learn fast, and keep smashing targets.

  • Proven experience in a sales role, with a strong track record of hitting targets.
  • A confident communicator who’s not afraid to pick up the phone and make things happen.
  • Resilience, drive, and a hunger to exceed expectations.
  • Solid objection-handling and negotiation skills.
  • A proactive, self-motivated mindset and a knack for spotting opportunities.
  • Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM to manage your pipeline.
