Client Success Executive – Graduate / Early Career
£140 per day | 6-week contract | ASAP start | London / Hybrid
We’re working with a fast-growing AdTech business, to find a Client Success Executive to join their team on an initial 6-week contract.
This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone at the beginning of their career to gain hands-on experience within Client Success and the digital advertising industry. No previous Client Success, AdTech or programmatic experience is required. Full training and support will be provided.
The Role
You’ll support the Client Success team with the day-to-day delivery of live programmatic advertising campaigns, working directly with clients and collaborating with internal Trading and Sales teams.

Responsibilities will include:
- Acting as a day-to-day point of contact for clients, primarily via email
- Responding clearly and promptly to client queries
- Supporting the setup and delivery of advertising campaigns
- Sourcing and organising creative assets ahead of campaign launches
- Working closely with the Trading team to ensure campaigns go live on time
- Keeping internal teams updated and flagging any risks or blockers
- Building positive relationships with clients

About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
- A recent graduate or at the beginning of their career
- Enthusiastic, positive and keen to learn
- Confident communicating professionally via email
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Quick to learn and comfortable using their initiative
- Confident using Gmail and Google Sheets
- Comfortable using AI tools as part of their day-to-day work
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
An interest in digital advertising, technology or Client Success would be beneficial, but previous industry experience is not essential.
