At Evondos, we're on a mission to Give Time Back.
- Time for care staff to care, not administer
- Time for families to stop worrying
- Time for people to live independently
- Time and capacity returned to healthcare systems
Behind every successful home-care implementation is a Customer Success team that gets the details right — and that's where you come in.
About the Team & the Role
Evondos UK is growing, and the Customer Projects Team sits at the heart of that growth — turning new customer wins into successful, live services. As Customer Success Lead, you'll coordinate and enable the UK's Customer Project Managers, keep implementations running smoothly, and play a visible role in shaping how Evondos builds its presence in this market.
What You'll Do
- Own the end-to-end delivery of Evondos service implementations for UK customers, driving quality, timelines and outcomes.
- Coordinate, support and enable the UK's Customer Project Managers, balancing workload and keeping ways of working consistent across the team.
- Step in as the escalation point for complex customer project issues, keeping delivery on track when it matters most.
- Coach and develop Customer Project Managers, building capability and sharing best practice across the team.
- Continuously improve delivery processes, tools and templates, and help align local execution with global Evondos standards.
- Bring service and delivery expertise into UK market entry and sales activity — sales meetings, project planning and customer demonstrations.
What You'll Bring
- A proven track record in a dedicated project management role.
- A clinical background, with real understanding of nursing, care management or care assistant roles and how that environment works.
- Experience leading or coordinating people, including coaching and developing team members.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills — equally comfortable talking with nurses and care staff “on the floor” as with senior stakeholders.
- A highly organized, hands-on, proactive approach, with the ability to prioritize across several projects at once.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the UK (around 50% of your time).
- Bonus points if you have experience in home healthcare or domiciliary care, or a background in customer support or member services.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
