Job Title: Customer Success Manager
Salary Range: Up to £40,000 depending on experience
Work Location: Remote - Scotland central
Hours per week: 37.5
Contract type: Permanent

The Role
As the Customer Success Manager for Aareon UK, you will be deeply integrated within our wider Customer Success team and rely on a data-driven, high-touch approach to customer success and expansion. You will manage a book of business and be the main point of contact for a portfolio of social housing customers. This role will be remote based in Central Scotland, supporting customers and clients in the Central Belt area.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with key decision makers and system users, understanding and monitoring their success criteria throughout the customer journey
- Help clients improve product adoption and engagement with Aareon UK to maximise value and ensure retention
- Use data analysis and fact-finding to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within your portfolio
- Work with Account Managers to develop and execute account plans that grow Aareon UK's offering within this portfolio
- Act as a key conduit for the rest of the business, signposting clients to Professional Services, Onboarding and Support teams when required
- Maintain accurate client records and CRM data
- Represent the voice of the customer internally, feeding back on trends, risks and opportunities across your book of business

Essential skills and experience:
- You're someone clients instantly warm to, with an ability to quickly establish rapport, trust and collaborative relationships
- You are a true team player with experience of working and collaborating with multiple internal stakeholders
- You have proven consultative skills and can demonstrate Aareon UK's suite of products and services in an engaging, proactive and value-led way to grow existing clients outside of the contract renewal process
- You think commercially but remain a customer-focused, solution-driven customer champion
- You are tech savvy with a willingness to learn and get to grips with the Aareon UK system
- Experience of, or genuine interest in, the social housing sector is an advantage
- You are proficient with customer success and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Planhat)
- A willingness to travel to meet customers on site regularly, as well as to one of our offices in Manchester and London from time to time, is a necessity.
