Customer Success Manager
Location: London
Work Model: Hybrid
Base Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 + £30,000
We're partnering with a growing, Series B TransitTech business to find a Customer Success Manager who wants to own commercial outcomes, not just manage relationships.
Our client pairs proprietary AI software with a fully managed service to move hundreds of thousands of people every month for some of the world's best-known enterprise brands and leading independent schools. They're the category leader in their core markets and scaling fast across the US, UK and Europe.
This is a commercial role. You'll take ownership of a portfolio of (circa 20) strategic accounts and be measured on retention, expansion and revenue growth.

What you'll own:
- Revenue outcomes across a portfolio of high-value accounts: retention, expansion and share of wallet
- The full renewal lifecycle for complex, multi-stakeholder accounts, applying MEDDPICC with rigour
- C-suite and economic buyer relationships, positioning the business as a strategic partner
- ROI narratives built on operational and financial data, used to defend pricing and justify expansion
- Structured business reviews that uncover opportunity rather than just report on it

What you'll bring:
- A track record of owning commercial outcomes across a strategic portfolio, including growth and not just retention
- Experience leading complex renewal and expansion cycles, ideally with MEDDPICC or similar
- Credibility with C-suite and economic buyers, and the commercial acumen to hold your ground with Procurement and Finance
- Strong data fluency and a bias to challenge
- Comfort operating with full ownership in a fast-scaling environment
Ideally you've come from a tech-enabled service or SaaS environment, managing a portfolio of high-touch clients.
