Working within the Customer Success team, the Customer Success Manager will help to nurture relationships with sponsors, exhibitors, and strategic partners before, during, and after our events. This role blends relationship management, commercial growth, and operational execution. Working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Content, and Operations, you will deliver a seamless and premium partner experience.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Success

  • Act as a point of contact for sponsors alongside their Account Manager, working with them from onboarding to post-event wrap-up
  • Collaborate with the sponsorship team to deliver above-expectation results for sponsors
  • Ensure sponsor deliverables (branding, activations, guest passes, speaking opportunities, networking, etc.) are executed flawlessly
  • Build strong relationships to encourage rebookings and increase investment for future events
  • Work with account managers to conduct post-event review calls and identify upsell and renewal opportunities
  • Maintain the sponsor inbox to ensure attendee queries are addressed efficiently, to facilitate a smooth on-site sponsor and guest experience

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
