About the Role
This is a highly visible, client-facing role focused on building strong relationships, driving adoption and engagement, and supporting long-term customer success. You'll work with a portfolio of clients, helping them embed Euromonitor solutions into their day-to-day decision-making while partnering closely with commercial and specialist teams to support retention and growth. As a Customer Success Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring our clients maximize the value of their subscription and achieve meaningful business outcomes.

What You'll Be Doing
- Partner with customers to understand their goals, challenges, and priorities
- Drive product adoption through onboarding, training, and ongoing engagement
- Lead customer success reviews and executive business reviews
- Develop compelling value stories that demonstrate business impact
- Monitor account health and proactively identify risks and opportunities
- Support successful renewals in partnership with commercial colleagues
- Identify growth opportunities and connect customers with the right specialists
- Work collaboratively across Sales, Product, Research, Consulting, and Support teams
- Maintain accurate customer plans, stakeholder information, and account activity in Salesforce

What We're Looking For
- Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Services
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation abilities
- A proactive, customer-first mindset with strong organizational skills
- Confidence using data and insights to guide customer conversations and actions
- Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM is beneficial
- Experience within subscriptions, data, research, insight, or information services is an advantage
