Customer Success Manager
Do you love building relationships, running a tight process, and seeing clients get real value from technology?
We’re looking for Customer Success Managers to help our clients, mainly UK wealth managers, adopt Aveni Assist and Aveni Detect and achieve measurable results. Our products are used by thousands of advisers inside each client organization, so this is customer success at scale—not just running QBRs.
About Aveni
Aveni is an award-winning technology company. We build real, production-ready agentic systems that reshape how banks, advisers, and financial services firms operate, replacing fragmented processes with intelligent, end-to-end workflows. Combining world-leading Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Model (LLM) expertise with deep financial services domain experience, we use the latest in AI to automate and innovate, empowering businesses to achieve exceptional productivity and compliance outcomes.
About the Role
You’ll own a portfolio of client accounts post-sale, acting as their primary point of contact and ensuring Aveni consistently delivers against their strategic goals. Working closely with our Enablement and Implementation teams, you will drive adoption across large user bases, run structured performance reviews, and identify expansion opportunities.
Note: We currently have two openings for this position.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Know your clients: Deeply understand each client’s business model, operational goals, and key challenges.
- Be the main point of contact: Handle client requests and concerns quickly, professionally, and proactively.
- Drive product adoption: Track usage analytics across thousands of active end-users, spot engagement gaps, and partner with the Enablement team to close them.
- Run a repeatable process: Execute and refine our CS playbooks to ensure every account receives a high-quality, consistent experience.
- Review performance: Lead regular check-ins and Executive / Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) that demonstrate tangible value, ROI, and progress.
- Grow accounts: Identify potential expansion and upsell opportunities, collaborating closely with our commercial team.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
