Senior Customer Success Manager

Bristol | Hybrid Working
Up to £47,000 + Bonus

The Opportunity

Passionate about building long-term client relationships and creating meaningful social impact?

This is an opportunity to join one of the UK's leading Tech for Good businesses in a senior customer-facing role where you'll help some of the country's biggest organisations maximise the impact they make in their local communities.

As a Senior Client Impact Manager, you'll become a trusted strategic partner to a portfolio of high-value clients, helping them develop and grow their social impact programmes while ensuring they achieve measurable business and community outcomes.

Alongside managing key accounts, you'll mentor junior members of the team, influence product development and work cross-functionally to continuously improve the client experience.

As they continue to grow, they're looking for an experienced client success professional who can build lasting partnerships, identify growth opportunities and help shape the future of their customer experience.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing a portfolio of strategic client accounts throughout the full customer lifecycle
  • Building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and acting as their strategic advisor
  • Leading regular business reviews to drive retention, growth and long-term client success
  • Identifying opportunities to expand client programmes and increase commercial value
  • Delivering engaging presentations, workshops and strategic recommendations
  • Helping clients embed social impact programmes into their wider business strategy
  • Monitoring engagement, performance metrics and programme success through CRM and reporting tools
  • Acting as the Voice of the Customer, providing feedback to Product, Marketing and Sales teams
  • Delivering advanced platform training and advising clients on new features and best practice
  • Coaching and mentoring junior members of the Client Impact team
  • Collaborating across the business to continually improve customer outcomes and operational efficiency

What You'll Need To Apply

  • At least 3 years' experience in a client-facing Customer Success, Account Management or Client Services role
  • Experience managing multiple high-value client relationships simultaneously
  • A proven track record of retaining and growing customer accounts
  • Strong consultative relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
  • Confidence presenting to senior decision-makers and facilitating strategic conversations
  • Experience using CRM platforms, reporting tools and data to drive customer success
  • A commercial mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities
  • Experience mentoring, coaching or supporting more junior colleagues
  • A proactive, organised and solutions-focused approach
  • Knowledge or experience within ESG, CSR, Social Value or Community Impact would be highly advantageous
