I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What You Will Do
- Own the end-to-end post-sale journey, including bespoke multidisciplinary implementations, user adoption, and long-term commercial outcomes like retention and expansion.
- Diagnose complex clinic operations and win over skeptical frontline users by designing tailored approaches that drive meaningful, real-world behavioral change.
- Act as the primary commercial lead for your book of business, maintaining accountability for churn, contraction, and expansion metrics with total transparency.
The ideal candidate
- Proven track record in a commercial or customer-facing role (CS or Sales) at a startup or scale-up; big tech backgrounds are not a fit.
- Exceptional intellectual horsepower with a history of mastering complex domains quickly and evidence of high agency in ambiguous or under-resourced situations.
- Hands-on experience driving complex implementations for non-technical users, coupled with the ability to travel frequently to UK customer sites and work in-office in London.
