We’re hiring a Technical Onboarding & Compliance Manager for a sports technology business that works with some of the biggest names in global sport.
And no, this isn’t a Customer Success role with “technical” added to the title to make it sound more exciting.
They build sports technology used by organizations ranging from major international federations and elite clubs to smaller teams with much simpler needs.
That means onboarding can involve anything from a straightforward setup and training session to bespoke templates, integrations, testing, technical troubleshooting, and complex rollouts.

They’re heading towards 140 clients and need someone to make the whole thing more structured, scalable, and considerably less reliant on people keeping important information in their heads.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Owning onboarding from discovery through to go-live
- Turning vague client requests into clear delivery plans
- Coordinating clients, developers, designers, and Client Services
- Improving documentation, processes, and onboarding tools
- Managing testing, training, bugs, and platform adoption
- Supporting governance, information security, and ISO work
You don’t need to be an ISO expert or a developer.
You do need to have some sort of compliance experience, be technically comfortable, organized, good with clients, and capable of building processes rather than waiting for someone else to write them.

It could suit someone from technical onboarding, SaaS implementation, professional services, project delivery, or a genuinely technical Customer Success background. If you've also held roles in compliance, or been involved in ISO audits, you’d be an absolute standout.
Location: Leeds city centre, two to three days a week
Salary: £40,000 to £60,000
