We're partnering with a market-leading AI software company that's transforming how enterprise retailers and consumer brands use data and AI to improve commercial decision-making.
Following continued growth across EMEA, they're hiring a Senior Customer Success Manager to own a portfolio of strategic enterprise customers, driving renewals, expansion, and long-term customer success.

The Role
- Own a portfolio of enterprise accounts across EMEA
- Build relationships with senior business and IT stakeholders
- Lead QBRs and demonstrate measurable business value
- Drive renewals, commercial negotiations, and expansion opportunities
- Work cross-functionally to maximize adoption and customer outcomes
- Maintain accurate forecasting and account planning

What we're looking for
- 5+ years in Enterprise Customer Success or Strategic Account Management
- Strong track record of renewals, expansion, and enterprise account growth
- Enterprise SaaS experience, ideally within retail, AI, analytics, or data platforms
- Commercially minded with excellent stakeholder management skills
