About Us

We are HAVi Technologies - a small business who help organisations protect their teams from Hand-Arm Vibration Syndrome (HAVS) through smart monitoring devices and our HAVi-Total analytics platform. We work in lots of different industries such as facilities management, grounds maintenance, construction and rail. Our customers include Mitie, Riverside, Hitachi Rail, Kier Construction and BAE Systems.

Role Overview

We're growing our customer success team and looking for a Customer Success Manager to lead the post-sale relationships for a portfolio of accounts. We need someone to take our customers right from onboarding through to renewals and account growth, while making sure that any issues are dealt with to ensure customer satisfaction. It will be a blended role: half commercial (renewals, upsell, and expansion), and half relationship/ adoption (making sure customers get real value from the platform and keep coming back).

What You'll Do

  • Onboarding, adoption, and development of day-to-day relationships for a portfolio of accounts
  • Provide training to new and current customers to ensure they are able to use the products and software to their full potential
  • Be the initial go-to person for any account queries or issues, and then working with our technical team to resolve them
  • Build relationships across customer teams - from site managers to procurement
  • Monitor customer usage of the products/software and anticipate issues that may arise
  • Lead renewal conversations and spot upsell/expansion opportunities
  • Feed customer insight back into our product and marketing strategies

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
