Now, we're looking for a Customer Success Manager based in the United Kingdom who wants to build strong customer relationships, drive partner growth, and help shape the success of our e-commerce partnerships across the UK market. 🧡

As a Customer Success Manager, you will:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of UK-based e-commerce partners throughout their lifecycle, from onboarding to renewal and expansion.
  • Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders and act as their main point of contact.
  • Drive customer retention, satisfaction, and long-term success by ensuring partners achieve maximum value from Sovendus solutions.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and support revenue growth across your portfolio.
  • Conduct regular business reviews, providing performance insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Monitor partner performance, analyse KPIs, and identify optimisation opportunities.
  • Prepare data-driven reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Product, UX, and IT teams to deliver excellent customer outcomes and represent the voice of the customer.

Your profile:

  • You have 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Key Account Management, or a similar customer-facing role, with a proven track record of driving customer retention and growth.
  • You have experience within e-commerce, digital marketing, affiliate marketing, performance marketing, SaaS, or a related online business environment.
  • You are comfortable managing customer relationships and navigating commercial discussions with stakeholders.
  • You have strong analytical skills and experience working with performance metrics, reporting, and data-driven recommendations.
  • You have excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
  • You are proactive, self-organised, and comfortable working in a fast-paced international environment.
  • You have strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting/analytics tools.

It's a plus if you have:

  • Experience with Salesforce, Qlik Sense, or similar CRM and analytics tools.
  • Experience managing renewals, retention, and account expansion activities.
  • Exposure to affiliate marketing or performance marketing business models.
  • Experience working with international teams and stakeholders.
  • Additional European language skills.
