Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Our core offering is a no code platform that enables health experts and researchers to build highly effective digital health apps without any programming or design skills. It is used by universities, health systems and startups across the globe to build and launch products.

Many of these users come through innovation programmes such as the UK Clinical Entrepreneurs Programmes, the NHS Health Innovation Networks and hackathons run with a wide variety of partners. Cogniss is used extensively by researchers in mental and physical health and powers public health programmes.

Founded in Australia but now headquartered in the UK, this exciting position will play a key role in the next phase of the company’s growth. We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focussed individual to manage and scale our UK and EU accounts, as well as leading the delivery of our growing innovation programme portfolio.

We recently launched a new publishing division, Ripple Scale, to help take the apps built on Cogniss and licence them into health systems globally through a ‘Netflix for Digital Healthcare’ model. Ripple Scale runs large scale innovation programmes focused on themes such as women’s health, children and young people and other priority populations.
