Join a successful and growing marketplace business working with an established US client base. Reporting to the Head of Customer Success, you’ll play a key role in managing client relationships, understanding performance and using data and AI to identify opportunities and deliver results. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is commercially minded, analytical and has a strong understanding of marketing.
You’ll also benefit from a 4-day working week, competitive base salary plus commission/bonus, and the opportunity to work with a growing international client base. Some flexibility to work US hours will be required.
Role Responsibilities
- Manage and develop strong relationships with a portfolio of US clients.
- Lead approximately 4–5 client calls per day, providing advice, updates and performance insights.
- Use AI and data tools to pull together reports, analyse performance and identify trends and opportunities.
- Turn data and insights into clear, actionable recommendations for clients.
- Brief the wider team following client meetings, communicating key actions, feedback and opportunities.
- Attend daily internal meetings with the Marketing team to align on campaigns, performance and client priorities.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve client performance, retention and growth.
- Manage multiple clients and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Role Requirements
- Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Client Services or a similar client-facing role.
- Background in / or strong understanding of digital / performance marketing
- Highly data-driven and analytical, with confidence interpreting performance metrics and reports.
- Comfortable using AI tools to improve reporting, analysis and day-to-day productivity.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills - confident presenting insights and recommendations directly to clients.
- Comfortable working with a US client base and accommodating occasional US working hours.
