At Totalmobile, we're on a mission to improve the lives of mobile workers through market-leading Field Service Management technology.

This is an exciting time to join our business. Following the launch of our innovative Field First Platform, our expansion into international markets including Australia and Canada, and our merger with Solvares Group, we've entered a new phase of growth and innovation. Together, we have created one of the most comprehensive providers of field service and workforce optimisation technology globally, supporting more than 4,000 customers across Europe, the UK and Australasia.

Our technology helps organisations connect workforce planning, optimisation and field execution, enabling frontline teams to deliver essential services more efficiently and effectively.

From healthcare and housing to telecommunications, facilities management and infrastructure, we help organisations improve productivity, customer experience and operational performance through smarter field operations.

Your focus will be on helping customers maximise the value of our solutions while supporting long-term growth and customer advocacy.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
