Role Overview

Esri UK is looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our Internal Sales team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, understanding customer needs and helping organisations make the most of their technology.

We're looking for someone with strong relationship-building and communication skills, a customer-focused approach and the commercial awareness to identify opportunities that will help our customers succeed.

You'll work with both existing and new customers, acting as a trusted advisor and helping them maximise the value of the ArcGIS Platform.

As a Customer Success Manager, you will:

  • Build strong, trusted and long-term relationships with customers at all levels of their organisation.
  • Engage with existing and new customers to understand their business needs and how GIS can support them.
  • Help customers maximise the benefits of GIS and promote the adoption and development of its use within their organisations.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, taking ownership of customer queries and working with colleagues across Esri UK to resolve issues.
  • Support the retention and growth of existing customer spend across software renewals, Enterprise License Agreements, technical services and data.
  • Identify and close opportunities for professional services, training and data where these support customer success.
  • Manage a forecast and pipeline to achieve agreed sales and customer growth targets.
  • Develop your understanding of the ArcGIS Platform and how it can support different customer requirements.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
