We're hiring for a global network of specialized software companies that deliver mission-critical solutions to industries like aviation, empowering clients to operate efficiently and safely. This employer focuses on long-term partnerships, acquiring and enhancing software businesses with a commitment to their legacy, employees, and customers.

The Role

  • Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for assigned customers, building strong relationships at operational and executive levels.
  • Drive high customer satisfaction and retention by conducting regular business reviews, monitoring customer health, and proactively mitigating renewal risks.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for value expansion within existing accounts through cross-selling and upselling, collaborating with sales teams to meet revenue targets.
  • Develop deep expertise in the company's software solutions and understand customer workflows, operational challenges, and business objectives.
  • Act as the customer advocate internally by gathering requirements, translating them into product enhancements, and working closely with product and development teams.
  • Manage onboarding, training, and adoption programs, tracking key performance indicators and maintaining accurate customer records.

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in customer success or account management, preferably within a software or SaaS environment.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and client engagement skills across multiple channels.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and a highly organized, proactive mindset.
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
  • Experience in technical or operational sales environments and a willingness to travel within the EMEA region are preferred.
