At Talent Nexus, we're growing fast and looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our team.

You'll work with recruitment businesses across the UK, helping them onboard, adopt and get real value from industry-leading recruitment technology. From delivering engaging training sessions to driving product adoption and running strategic customer reviews, you'll be at the heart of every customer's success.

This isn't a sales role. It's about building trusted partnerships, solving problems and helping customers achieve measurable results.

What you'll be doing

  • πŸš€ Deliver onboarding sessions that set customers up for success.
  • πŸŽ“ Run engaging product training and adoption workshops.
  • πŸ“ˆ Help customers maximise the value of their technology investment.
  • 🀝 Build long-term relationships with recruiters, managers and business leaders.
  • πŸ“Š Use customer insights and usage data to identify opportunities, remove blockers and improve engagement.
  • πŸ’‘ Partner with a commercial team to support customer retention and long-term growth.

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Customer Success, Account Management or Client Success experience.
  • Worked within SaaS, Recruitment Technology or HR Tech.
  • Delivered onboarding, implementation or customer training.
  • Managed multiple customer accounts with confidence.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
