Customer Success Manager at Executives Place Ltd

Executives Place has developed several growing, cutting edge platforms used by the executive recruitment industry, executives, and by consumers. Right now we are looking for a Customer Success Manager, to expand our Customer Success team.

Job Summary:

As a Customer Success Manager at Executives Place, you'll be the face of our company to our valued customers worldwide. You'll be responsible for ensuring our customers are fully equipped to use our services to their fullest potential through comprehensive training and support. By connecting with customers via Zoom and other online platforms, you will drive customer satisfaction and help maintain high levels of retention and loyalty. This is a hands-on, technical role: as well as training and support, you will help customers get the most from our AI features, automations, and integrations, so a strong technical aptitude and a genuine interest in AI-driven ways of working are important.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Training: Conduct interactive customer training sessions via Zoom or other virtual meeting platforms to educate new and existing customers on our executive recruitment platform.
  • Product Configuration: Assist new and existing customers with the configuration of their account so that they can gain the most benefit from it. This can include setting up report templates in Word or PowerPoint, helping the customers to create their own queries and dashboards, configuring AI features and automations, and even assisting in the integration of the product with other software using APIs and tools such as Zapier and MCP.
  • AI & Automation Enablement: Help customers adopt our AI and automation capabilities, including the AI Sidekick, AI-assisted search, automations, and MCP-based agentic workflows. This includes explaining what these features do, showing customers how to use them in their own processes, and troubleshooting where needed. You will be supported to build your own knowledge in these areas over time.
  • Customer Support: Act as the first point of contact for customer support inquiries via email and our ticketing system. Resolve customer issues promptly and escalate complex issues to the development lead.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and collaborate with the product and service teams to ensure our customers are aware of all our latest functionality changes, enhance user experience, and implement improvements.
  • Knowledge Maintenance: Maintain a thorough understanding of Executives Place Ltd’s products, services, and policies to answer customer inquiries accurately. Maintain the Knowledge Base, FAQ pages, and video tutorials we provide our customers when necessary.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
