At Hire Intelligence, we're transforming the way employers attract talent. We're looking for a Customer Success Manager with a background in recruitment marketing, job boards or recruitment advertising to join our growing team.
This isn't just another account management role. You'll become a trusted advisor to your customers, helping them maximise the value of our platform, optimise their recruitment campaigns and achieve their hiring goals.

What You'll Be Doing
You'll manage a portfolio of customers, acting as their strategic partner throughout their journey with Hire Intelligence.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Building strong, long-term relationships with customers and becoming their trusted recruitment marketing advisor
- Leading customer onboarding to ensure every client is set up for success from day one
- Delivering regular account reviews, campaign performance reports and strategic recommendations
- Managing programmatic recruitment advertising campaigns to maximise performance and return on investment
- Analysing recruitment marketing data to identify trends, opportunities and areas for optimisation
- Proactively monitoring customer health and engagement to ensure customers continue to see value from our platform
- Working closely with Sales, Operations and Product teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience
- Supporting customers with training, platform best practice and ongoing product adoption
- Identifying opportunities to introduce additional products and services that support customers' recruitment objectives

About You
You'll have experience within the recruitment marketing industry and understand what great customer service looks like.
Ideally you'll have experience working for:
- A job board
- A recruitment marketing agency
- A recruitment technology provider
- An ATS or HR technology business
You'll also bring:
- Experience managing customer relationships or key accounts
- A strong understanding of recruitment advertising and media performance
- Confidence interpreting campaign data and presenting meaningful insights to customers
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive mindset with a genuine passion for helping customers succeed
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience using CRM and customer success platforms such as HubSpot, Jira or Zendesk (desirable)
