Job Description: Customer Success Manager (Control Room Solutions)

Company Overview

At Motorola Solutions, we believe that everything starts with our people. We’re a global close-knit community, united by the relentless pursuit to help keep people safer everywhere. We build and connect technologies to help protect people, property, and places. Our solutions foster the collaboration that’s critical for safer communities, safer schools, safer hospitals, safer businesses, and ultimately, safer nations. Connect with a career that matters, and help us build a safer future.

Department Overview

At Motorola Solutions, we believe that everything starts with safety. It’s the constant that empowers people to confidently move forward. It can fill a flight or sell out a stadium. It can care for a patient or graduate a class.

As a global leader in public safety and enterprise security, we create and connect the technologies that help to keep people safe where they live, learn, work, and play. Our integrated technology ecosystem unifies critical communications, video security and access control, and command center software, enabling collaboration in more powerful ways.

Control Room Solutions provide the backbone for emergency response across the UK & Europe. Our applications help 999 operators respond to calls from the public and dispatch nearby responders, helping to deliver the right response when every second counts.

As our solution has grown from a small start-up to one of the leading offerings for Fire & Police agencies, our customers trust us to solve more of their problems. We are building new products to increase the safety and efficiency of emergency response agencies, as we continue "Solving for safer".

Job Description

This role is primarily remote with occasional travel to our UK offices and customer sites for specific planned events.

As a Customer Success Manager (CSM) for Control Room Solutions, you will oversee all aspects of deployment for our strategically important public safety customers. Acting as the primary point of contact for all technical and deployment activities, you bridge the gap between product strategy and engineering execution. You will bring life to the product roadmap by applying your deep software deployment experience and technical acumen. Managing agile delivery teams—including business analysts and quality assurance engineers—you will lead customer engagement from requirement capture through deployment and sign-off. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in computing or software delivery is welcome as we seek individuals passionate about delivering mission-critical public safety outcomes.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
