At Percipient, we don't just implement Sage Intacct. We build long-term partnerships that help ambitious organisations transform the way they manage finance.

We're looking for a Customer Success Manager to become the trusted advisor for a portfolio of customers after they've gone live with Sage Intacct. If you enjoy building relationships, solving problems before they become issues, and helping customers realise the full value of their software investment, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll own a portfolio of customers, acting as their primary point of contact and ensuring they continue to achieve success with Sage Intacct.

You'll:

  • Build trusted, long-term customer relationships.
  • Monitor customer health, adoption, and engagement.
  • Manage renewals and help maintain outstanding customer retention.
  • Identify opportunities for customers to expand their solution through additional licences, modules, and services.
  • Resolve customer concerns quickly, escalating where appropriate.
  • Keep HubSpot up to date with customer activity, opportunities, and health data.
  • Be the voice of the customer, sharing feedback that helps shape our products and services.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
