Customer Success Manager – IT Managed Services

Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum
Location: Harrow, London – Hybrid Working
Start Date: Immediate
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Working Pattern: Hybrid – Harrow office, home working and client sites
Industry: IT / Managed Services (MSP)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced B2B Customer Success Manager / Account Manager to join a growing Managed Services Provider delivering end-to-end technical services and support to businesses across the UK.

This is a commercially focused customer management role combining account management, customer success and business growth. You will manage an existing portfolio of clients, build strong long-term relationships and identify opportunities to increase revenue through additional services, while also supporting the growth of new customer accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of B2B customer accounts
  • Build strong, long-term relationships and deliver an exceptional level of service
  • Identify opportunities to grow revenue within the existing client base
  • Develop new customer relationships and support new business growth
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual revenue and margin targets
  • Manage sales pipelines, forecasts and commercial opportunities effectively
  • Hold regular calls and face-to-face meetings with customers
  • Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate technical services and solutions
  • Work closely with internal departments to resolve issues and deliver against customer requirements
  • Support customer retention while maximising account growth and profitability
  • Maintain an appropriate and profitable mix of business across your portfolio

About You

We are looking for a commercially minded, customer-focused professional who is confident managing B2B relationships and comfortable working in a fast-paced technology environment.

You will ideally have:

  • 1–5 years' experience within a B2B account management or customer management role, or
  • 3–7 years' relevant technical customer service experience within a Managed IT Services (MSP) environment
  • Strong B2B customer service and relationship management skills
  • Previous experience within the IT industry / Managed Services sector is highly desirable
  • Good understanding of sales cycles, pipeline management and forecasting
  • Commercial awareness with the ability to grow revenue and margin
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Confidence dealing with customers both remotely and face-to-face
  • Strong organisation, prioritisation and time-management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities without constant supervision
  • A proactive, self-starting approach with the initiative to drive results
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not essential
  • Full right to work in the UK
