The Role
- Serve as a trusted advisor and value owner for a portfolio of customers, moving beyond traditional account management.
- Drive customer adoption and value realization by ensuring clients thrive on the platform, from onboarding to achieving measurable results.
- Utilize data and analytics to segment accounts, prioritize daily focus, identify adoption opportunities, and mitigate churn risks across a high-volume SMB portfolio.
- Implement scaled strategies and one-to-many outreach programs, including targeted email campaigns and automated messaging, to drive proactive engagement.
- Host interactive webinars and scaled enablement sessions to educate customers on best practices and key features.
- Act as the first point of contact for customer issues related to onboarding and usage, escalating commercial or billing matters as needed.

What You'll Need
- Proven experience in Customer Success Management within a SaaS or technology environment.
- Strong expertise in analyzing customer data, usage metrics, and health scores to drive proactive interventions.
- A solution-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments and adapt to ambiguity.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a large portfolio efficiently while maintaining customer health and satisfaction.
- Technical confidence in guiding customers through setup and best practices, with strong stakeholder management skills.
- Adaptability to understand and navigate diverse business models across various industry verticals.
