Role Description

As a Customer Success Manager at Dalux, you will be responsible for ensuring that customers gain maximum value from Dalux solutions and achieve their project and business outcomes. In this full-time, on-site role based in Birmingham, you will guide new customers through onboarding, provide training and best-practice advice, and support users in adopting key features across their construction workflows. You will monitor customer health metrics, proactively identify growth and retention opportunities, and collaborate with sales, product, and support teams to address customer needs. Day-to-day activities include running review meetings, collecting feedback, resolving issues in coordination with support, and advising on how to optimize usage of Dalux tools. You will also contribute to documentation, case studies, and customer-facing resources that strengthen collaboration and long-term relationships.

  • Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with a track record of supporting users and resolving issues effectively.
  • Experience with Customer Retention and Relationship Building, including managing accounts, nurturing long-term partnerships, and identifying expansion opportunities.
  • Solid Analytical Skills to interpret usage data, customer feedback, and performance metrics, and translate insights into actionable improvements.
  • Background in customer-facing roles within SaaS, construction technology, or related industries is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in a clear, user-friendly manner.
  • Comfort working on-site with customers and internal teams in Birmingham, with occasional travel to client sites as needed.
  • Proactive, organized approach to managing multiple accounts and projects simultaneously, using CRM or customer success tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, construction management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
