Spanish & Portuguese Marketing Coordinator / Customer Success Executive (Temporary)
Location: London
Hours: 9:00am - 5:00pm
Working Pattern: Office-based, 3 days per week (subject to final approval)
Contract: Temporary Assignment (minimum several months)
Pay Rate: £15 per hour (subject to final confirmation)
Languages: Native-level Spanish essential | Portuguese highly desirable
About the Company
Our client is a specialist digital marketing business operating across multiple European markets. They partner with leading electrical manufacturers, delivering content marketing, email campaigns, newsletters, and digital engagement initiatives to industry-specific audiences across Europe. They are currently seeking a Spanish-speaking Marketing Coordinator / Customer Success Executive to provide temporary cover within their Spain and Portugal division.
The Role
This is a varied client-facing position combining customer success, account management, and digital marketing responsibilities. You will be responsible for managing relationships with clients across Spain and Portugal while coordinating marketing campaigns and content initiatives. Working closely with internal teams, you will ensure client requirements are delivered efficiently, campaigns run smoothly, and customers receive an excellent level of service.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients across Spain and Portugal
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Gather content and campaign requirements from clients
- Upload and manage content through CMS platforms and website backends
- Create and schedule email newsletters
- Support social media and digital marketing activity
- Coordinate marketing campaigns and client communications
- Work with internal teams to ensure successful campaign delivery
- Monitor customer engagement and provide regular updates to clients
- Maintain accurate records and reporting
Requirements
- Native or near-native Spanish language skills
- Portuguese language skills highly desirable
- Previous experience within Marketing, Customer Success, Account Management, Client Services, or a similar role
- Experience using CMS platforms, email marketing systems, or marketing automation tools would be advantageous
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
- Positive, collaborative, and team-oriented approach

What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will be personable, proactive, and confident communicating with clients. This role would suit someone with some previous marketing or client-facing experience, although recent graduates with relevant qualifications and strong language skills will also be considered.
Interview Process
Stage 1: Introductory interview
Stage 2: Final interview including a Spanish language assessment
