Customer Success Manager - Flexible Hybrid
My client is a fast-growing digital health and social care technology business that helps care providers improve how they record, analyse and share information. The business is scaling its commercial function and has a strong focus on improving outcomes for both care organisations and the people they support.
The Role
The client is looking for a Customer Success Manager to join the Revenue team with the combining role of customer success, account management, renewals and growth. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be reporting into the Head of Customer Success.

You Will Be
- Managing a large portfolio of predominantly smaller care organisations
- Drive renewals, retention and account growth
- Lead strategic customer reviews
- Identify opportunities to increase product adoption
- Work closely with Sales, Product and Support
- Help improve internal CS processes
About You
- Have 2+ years’ experience in customer success / relevant work with clients
- Be comfortable managing high-volume customer portfolios
- Have experience working in a fast-paced scale-up environment
- Strong exposure to healthcare, social care or clinical environments
- Great communication skills across cross-functional teams
