THE PURPOSE OF THE CUSTOMER SUCCESS MANAGER WILL BE:

As Customer Success Manager, you’ll take full ownership of retention, growth and satisfaction across SSP UK & Ireland’s existing customer portfolio. You’ll be the team’s senior point of escalation, building trusted advisory relationships up to C-suite level and ensuring customer insight shapes our product roadmap. Success in this role calls on Dedication – owning outcomes and being accountable – and Unity – building strong relationships across teams and with our customers.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

Essential

  • Significant experience in account management, customer success or relationship management leadership, ideally within insurance technology or financial services
  • Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing account management or customer success teams, driving retention, growth and satisfaction at portfolio level
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen, with experience owning and delivering against revenue retention and growth targets
  • Demonstrable experience operating at C-suite and senior stakeholder level, both with customers and internally
  • Experience acting as a senior escalation point for complex customer issues, complaints and relationship challenges
  • Excellent leadership, coaching and people development skills
  • Strong analytical and reporting capability, with experience using CRM platforms (Hubspot preferred) to manage pipeline, activity and performance

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
