The Role

We're hiring a Customer Success Manager to be the trusted technical partner for WSO2's high value customers in the UK. You will own the health of selected WSO2 accounts end to end: making sure the customers get lasting value from their WSO2 platform, that their deployments run reliably, and that the relationship grows over time.

This is a hands-on role. You'll combine senior technical credibility with strong relationship skills, working day to day with the customer's architects and leadership, and with WSO2's Sales, Solution Architecture, Customer Success and Product teams.

Responsibilities

  • Own the relationship: Build a close, long-term partnership with the customer's technical and business stakeholders, and act as their primary point of contact within WSO2.
  • Be their technical advisor: Proactively review the customer's architecture, deployments and solutions on WSO2 (API Management, Identity and Access Management, Integration), and provide architectural and development guidance in partnership with our Solution Architecture team.
  • Drive reliability and delivery: Maintain an accurate, up-to-date picture of the customer's environments and use cases, and coordinate WSO2's support, engineering and product teams so that issues are resolved quickly and new requirements are delivered smoothly.
  • Run the account rhythm: Lead regular service reviews, health checks and executive update calls, and make sure the customer has a clear roadmap for getting more out of the platform.
  • Protect and grow the account: Spot risks early to prevent churn, and work with the account team to identify and shape expansion opportunities that support the customer's business goals.
  • Be the customer's voice inside WSO2: Feed their priorities and feedback into our product and engineering roadmap.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
