Customer Success Manager (SME Portfolio): Immigration & Sponsorship Services
Location: London, UK (hybrid)
Working pattern: Hybrid, 3 days in the office and 2 days remote

About the role
We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to own a portfolio of small and medium-sized business (SME) clients using immigration and sponsorship services. You will be the main point of contact for your clients, building strong relationships, supporting renewals, and finding ways to grow each account.

Key responsibilities
- Manage and develop a portfolio of SME customers, acting as their trusted day-to-day contact
- Build long-term relationships with clients through regular, proactive communication
- Support the renewal process and help keep your accounts retained
- Identify and pursue opportunities to expand existing accounts
- Use sound commercial judgement when advising clients and managing account decisions

About you
- 2 to 4 years of experience in customer success, account management, or sales
- Confident communicator by telephone, comfortable holding client conversations
- Strong commercial judgement and a sense of when and how to grow an account
- A relationship-focused approach with a client-first mindset
Working pattern
- Hybrid: three office days and two remote days per week
