Customer Delivery Manager - Hybrid Working - £40,000 p/a - London

Christopher Ali are recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing technology business working with a range of High Street brands, collecting data for them and providing insights to support their decision-making.

The Role

As a Customer Delivery Manager, your role is to delight key clients with expert delivery. You will liaise closely with clients to understand their business problems, building question sets that are simple to understand - creating creative solutions where required - and capture the relevant data points.

Day to Day

  • Lead the Delivery management of key accounts
  • Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and how to support them
  • Compose question sets, which form the basis of the job templates, that meet the data collection requirements of the clients
  • Set a leading example in the Delivery team, using best practice delivery methods, to ensure seamless end-to-end delivery and completion of projects, embodying a ‘right first time’ mentality
  • Work closely across all other internal teams within the business to ensure that as one team, we hit the deadlines set & deliver insightful data back to the client
  • Work with the Sales team to ensure a clear understanding of client expectations and problems, and provide support and guidance in client calls
  • Work with the Data team, making sure the templates you’ve built allow them to present the data clearly to the client
  • Work with the Community team to monitor project performance, optimise route to market, and identify where interventions are needed, to ensure deadlines are met
  • Work with Tech to continually review and develop our technological capabilities to ensure the optimisation of our systems used
  • Work with the Operations team for input to building jobs, and ensure they understand what’s required in reviewing submissions and supporting the community to complete them

  • Excellent IT literacy, with strong experience in Microsoft Office, and in particular a high level of competence using Excel
  • Experience in a customer-facing role, providing support and exceptional customer service
  • Strong project management and administrative skills, with the ability to balance multiple projects and priorities is a must
  • Experience within an Operations, Delivery or Development team
  • Experience within a solutions-focused or technology-based environment would be advantageous
  • Ability to build relationships & communicate effectively with people no matter their job role
  • Great team player – collaborative, supportive, and without ego
  • Results-driven and problem-solving individual who thrives in an environment of accountability and sometimes ambiguity
